What is the role of the Holy Spirit in the family?

 Jeremiah 31:1

   The Holy Spirit is concerned about our family. If married, He is concerned about your husband, wife, and children, and if not married, He is concerned about your family.

   The spirit of God is so very interested in our homes, and His will is to see our homes manifesting in His glory, and that will not be possible if He is not invited to take all the preeminence in our homes. 

   Many are under serious operation in the darkness today because God is not invited to take over the affairs of their home. Because if He is present in a family, no program or works of the darkness will ever come to pass. 

   Go and check, any family that the Holy Spirit is leading has the same agenda at heart because they are under one government and the Holy Spirit is the one overseeing it. 

 The works of the Holy Spirit in our families

 ● The work of revelation. It is not the will of God that our families will be in the darkness. Joel 2:28; Ezekiel 39:29; Acts 2:17

 ● The Holy Spirit also does the work of direction. He shows us the right things to do. Psalms 48:14; Psalm 23:4; Isaiah 58:11

 ● The Holy Spirit does the work of interceding. Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25. He intercedes for us. When we allow Him in our families, He speaks on our behalf. Romans 8:26

  ● The Holy Spirit does the work of intervention. Psalms 33:20  When there is trouble, God intervenes. Psalms 46:1

  ●  The Holy Spirit also does the work of provision.  Joel 2:23

  ● He does the work of restoration. Joel 2:25
