Carnality in the church

Do not be ignorant of the devices verse?

 2 Corinthians 2:11

To be a Christian is to be exposed to the truth, and to know the truth is to know knowledge and the knowledge gotten from the truth prevents ignorance because the truth makes nothing hidden. John 8:32  But even at the revelation of the truth, the number of the perishing souls is rapidly increasing not because the truth is no longer capable of setting them free, but because they are ignorant of the truth.
To be ignorant means that you are not aware of something or lack knowledge of something. Also, from my little findings, there is a consequence for an ignorant person because ignorance is not an excuse to escape the punishment of wrongdoing. After all, Romans 2:1 says "Thou art inexcusable".
Many Christians today are under perpetual bondage, passing through serious demonic hindrances and some have their destinies destroyed never to manifest because ignorance made them unaware of their rights and privileges as Christians. The Christian teachings or doctrine does not accept or submit to satanic intimidations and manipulations rather it teaches about the victory of the redeemed through Christ Jesus. Romans 3:24; 6:1-7
It is only when a person does not know his right in Christ, is not steadfast and committed to the word of God, or has not accepted Christ into his life as his Lord and personal Savior is at the mercy of Satan.
The title of this teaching, says "Do not be ignorant of the devices", but I want you to focus on the word Do not, it shows that the instruction is not just for those who are not aware but for a person who knows but should be reminded to be vigilant because Satan has not one device in seeking his destruction but a lot of devices. 1 Peter 5:8
The term device is similar to the word poly, plan, or scheme. This is to say that the devices of satan are referred to as his schemes, a ploy, and plans mapped out against a person. Ephesians 6:11 called it the wiles of the devil, which means when satan seeks a person's downfall, he uses different strategies so that if this one does not work the other one will work.
That is why, you will hear satan did not get him through womanizing but got him through drunkenness. He did not get him through stealing but through lie-telling. That the device of womanizing does not work does not mean drunkenness will not work and the same with lie-telling, and stealing. Satan will keep trying until he designs a strong device that is suitable enough to cause the person's downfall. That is how the mighty are falling in this end-time.
Note: Something must surely kill a man but the man should not allow satan to be the person to devise that which will lead or cause his death. Satan does not kill only but also destroys never to be revived again. John 10:10
There is this pastor posted in one of the neighboring communities by his church authorities. He started so well and won a lot of souls because he was a man who loved to go house-to-house evangelism preaching the gospel of Christ to everyone, but even in his seriousness and full commitment to God, satan was never tired of devising means to bring him down, and until the device of fault-finding made him blaspheme against the same gospel he ones preached and against the authorities that sent him to represent Christ. When Satan saw that his designed device against the pastor worked, he did not waste time by sending him to his early grave in shame.
Many are lost in life, frustrated, void of a future, and even dead because of the devices of satan worked in their time of ignorance. It is better not to be ignorant at all, but always be smart to know that satan is against you and me, and will stop at nothing until he stops you and l. We are to know and also be steadfast and committed not to allow him to succeed with his devices. 1 Corinthians 10:12

Benefits of praying at 12 midnight

We all already know that there are evil activities that take place at midnight, and our safety lies in the power of our prayers. Since the kingdom of darkness operates at midnight, it is our duty as Christians to also stay awake to wage war against their schemes in our lives, destinies, and everything that concerns us.    The enemy can operate at any time; that is why the word of God urged us to stay vigilant at all times because our enemy, the devil, is never tired of trying to harm us. 1 peter 5:8   We will be discussing the benefits of midnight prayer. Prayer should be part of our daily lifestyle because, in the Bible, we are instructed to pray without season according to 1 Thessalonians 5:17    So, the reason for the midnight prayer is that it is the time evil is at work, and to pray at that time is to avert those evil activities from having any effect on our lives.    Acts 16:22-40 revealed the benefit of midnight prayer when Paul and Silas...
